Art, my favorite class in school. Always learning new things and trying new mediums. I grew up in the PNW. One summer our family was at Banff National Park, and we walked past an artist painting the scenery. I was hooked, and opted to stay and watch the artist instead of walking around. The artist (Samantha Carrier) let me sit beside

One summer our family was at Banff National Park, and we walked past an artist painting the scenery. I was hooked, and opted to stay and watch the artist instead of walking around. The artist (Samantha Carrier) let me sit beside her and gave me a canvas and brushes. Photo above painted by me at age 7. Moved to Oahu in 1986 and live near Paiko. Happily married for 30 years, and both of my adult children are currently on the mainland. Oh, and not to be forgotten my two Goldendoodles Lilikoi & Mylo :)

Intaglio Printmaking is my favorite! But willing to try anything out. Relief, drypoint etching, jewelry making, sewing..basically my workroom is always in chaos working on a million projects all at once.
